What is the app.
The app is a cleaning schedule checklist as well as the security log checklist combined into one electronic table/spreadsheet. There is one table/spreadsheet per month. You can get access to the app using mobile and desktop. Please see what the app looks like on the attached screenshots and the short video below.

Why use the app.
No more problems with printing out paper copies of the cleaning lists nor chasing cleaners to complete and sign them.
Using our app, you can check, download as PDF and/or print the cleaning schedule list whenever you wish.
Eco-friendly app.
We got rid of printing out dozens of paper copies and replaced them with electronic copies stored on your computer or in the cloud. Just think; most medical sites require a monthly security log checklist and weekly cleaning schedule checklist.
That is about five to six A4 paper copies per month which means around 60-70 copies per year just for one place! By switching from paper copies to a mobile app, we can help to save our trees and forests. That is why we can call it a greener way of cleaning.

We work together with the practice to create a checklist which best suits your needs.

When the app/table is ready, we provide short and simple training for your cleaner/s as well as for you or your representative.

We offer 24/7 support to help you with solving any problems or make amendments to the table/spreadsheet. We can complete the list on your request and we will e-mail you the PDF spreadsheet on a monthly basis. We will also train your new workers/cleaners.
How much does the app cost?
£99.60 (£83.00+Vat) one-off price - Creating and Training.
£19.50 (£16.25+Vat) per month for the Subscription. If you choose this Subscription option, we will apply a 50% discount for the above option of Creating and Training.
